Maintenance Specialist

Lift Your Career to New Heights with CJ Logistics! We're looking for a Maintenance Specialist to keep our logistics center in tip-top shape! From carpentry to HVAC and everything in between, you'll be the go-to expert for repairs and maintenance. If you enjoy variety in your work and have a knack for fixing things, this role is for you!

Pay Range: $25- 28/hr

Schedule

Schedule: 2nd Shift B (Tues - Sat) 2:30PM - 11PM

What You’ll Do

• Fix It All – From carpentry to plumbing to electrical work, keep the warehouse running smoothly with your handy skills.
• Be the Go-To Expert – Tackle everything from welding to HVAC repairs and ensure all systems are going for smooth operations.
• Keep It Clean & Safe – Inspect, report, and keep the workspace in top shape—clean, safe, and ready for action!
• Stay on Schedule – Stay ahead with preventative maintenance and ensure tasks are completed on time, every time.
• Ensure Compliance – Follow CJ policies and safety regulations to keep everything compliant and operating at its best.

What We’re Looking For

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in basic building maintenance trades.
• Skilled with manual and electrical tools.
• Comfortable working at heights (up to 25 feet).
• PC literate, with experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
