Weekend Install Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure installers are punctual and prepared for their tasks.
• Make pre-arrival calls to customers to set expectations and ensure readiness.
• Monitor installation jobs closely and address any issues promptly.
• Confirm 100% completion of jobs, ensuring cleanliness, payment, and signed documentation.
• Follow up with customers for satisfaction and potential referrals.
• Log all activities and interactions in Salesforce on the same day.
• Provide a comprehensive end-of-day summary to ensure smooth handoff and continuity.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Required Experience: 2+ years in customer service, field coordination, or service delivery.
• Strong verbal communication skills for handling dozens of daily calls.
• Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Availability to work Friday through Monday.

Preferred Experience

• Background in home improvement or construction.
• Experience in dispatching.
• Familiarity with Five9 or other call platforms.

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking on the phone all day.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems proactively.
• Calm, organized, and reliable under pressure.
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to customer experience.
• Detail-oriented with daily Salesforce documentation.
