Cooney Healthcare and Rehabilitation is searching for a talented Housekeeper to join our team. Our facilities deliver outstanding care and foster strong employee bonds, offering short-term to long-term care, a variety of living options, and professional clinical services. Daily Pay is available.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms, hallways, offices, family room, nurse’s stations, patios, main lobby, treatment rooms, laundry room and storage, employee break areas, physical therapy room, activity room, library, stairs, elevators, and entrances according to sanitation procedures, safety precautions, infection control, and universal precautions.
• Perform terminal cleaning procedures.
• Report all hazardous conditions, equipment issues, and accidents to your supervisor immediately.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and the appearance of all assigned areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of resident rooms for sanitation, order, safety, and proper performance of duties.
• Perform other related duties as directed by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Complete orientation as required by company policy.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to the job.
• Provide satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment within three (3) days of hire.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is a plus.
