Help at Home is hiring Weekend Home Care Aides to provide essential support to seniors and adults in their homes. This part-time opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking supplemental income, students, or anyone looking for a consistent weekend schedule. With primarily daytime shifts and some overnight opportunities, you can make a meaningful difference in your community while maintaining flexibility during the week.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with errands, grocery shopping, and appointments.
• Supporting clients with daily activities while following their individual care plans.

Qualifications

• No previous caregiving experience is required.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Willingness to complete required company and state training.
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care.
• CNA-certified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Pay

• Starting pay: $13 per hour.
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus available to eligible new hires who meet the bonus requirements.
• $1,000 new hire milestone bonus: eligible caregivers who start on or after June 22, 2026 may qualify; paid in eight installments, full $1,000 earned after completing 1,000 hours of work from the start date, must remain actively employed, hours recorded via EVV, milestones completed within 18 months, transfers from Help at Home portfolio ineligible, former employees must have been separated at least one year.

Schedule

• Part‑time weekend shifts.
• Weekdays free.
• Primarily daytime shifts with some overnight opportunities based on client needs.
