Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with errands, grocery shopping, and appointments.
• Supporting clients with daily activities while following their individual care plans.

Qualifications

• No previous caregiving experience is required.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Willingness to complete required company and state training.
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care.
• CNA-certified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Pay

• Starting pay: $13 per hour.
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus available to eligible new hires who meet the bonus requirements.
• $1,000 new hire milestone bonus: eligible caregivers who start on or after June 22, 2026 may qualify; paid in eight installments, with the full $1,000 earned after completing 1,000 hours of work from the start date.
• To qualify for the milestone bonus: caregivers must remain actively employed; hours must be recorded through electronic visit verification (EVV) to count toward bonus milestones; all milestones must be completed within 18 months of the start date.
