Weekend Dietary Cook

About the role

The Dietary Cook position at Echelon Care and Rehab is responsible for preparing nourishing meals for residents, guests, and employees while maintaining sanitary conditions and following established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide meals in accordance with diet orders and menus
• Prepare meals for residents
• Aid the food service supervisor in determining food needs for daily meals
• Monitor food usage to minimize waste
• Ensure all food supplies are appropriate and place orders as needed
• ServSafe Certification is preferred
• Healthcare experience is preferred

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Current Flu Shot

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends
• Work schedule: 12pm - 8pm
