Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents as a Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), working closely with our interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional service.
• Assist with essential daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
• Monitor vital signs, report changes, and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of care.
• Deliver compassionate care with empathy and understanding, fostering a sense of community and belonging among residents.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
