Description of the role:

Personal Caregiver role at Senior Helpers - Care-giving is a crucial position that involves providing compassionate and supportive care to individuals in their homes.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. - Administer medication reminders to ensure clients adhere to their prescribed regimens. - Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary. - Engage in meaningful conversations and provide companionship to clients. - Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate individuals. - Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up common areas and doing laundry.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in care-giving or a related field is preferred. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients and their families. - Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
