Weekend Babysitter for Young Children

About the role

We are seeking a dependable, caring, and energetic weekend nanny to care for our two wonderful children, ages 4 and 7, in Iowa City, IA. The position involves working approximately every third weekend with hours from 4:15 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Providing a safe, fun, and nurturing environment
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping
• Children's laundry
• Driving the kids to and from activities
• Engaging the children in play, outdoor activities, crafts, and other age-appropriate activities

Requirements

• Reliable and organized
• Valid driver's license
• Safe driving record
• Experience with children required
• Must genuinely enjoy spending time with children
