Weekend and/or Evenings Licensed Therapist (LICSW, LMHC, and LMFT)

About the Role

We are seeking fully licensed therapists to provide care during evening or weekend hours. This part-time opportunity (13-15 billable hours per week) can grow to full-time (25 billable hours per week) and may be in-person, hybrid, or remote.

Our group mental health practice is centrally located in Bellevue in a beautiful park-like setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care during evening or weekend hours.
• Commute to the Bellevue office as needed (flexible work-from-home options available).

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree or higher in a related field.
• Full, unencumbered licensure in Washington (LMFT, LHMC, LICSW).
• Self-motivated, self-aware, and self-disciplined with a commitment to results, continuous improvement, strong relationships, kindness, and inclusivity.
• Bonus if trained in EMDR, IFS, DBT, CPT, TF-CBT, Gottman, EFCT, IPT, PCT, or ART, or transferring an existing caseload.

Pay

W2 compensation paid bi-weekly: $54–$60 per billable hour, with potential for higher earnings as you grow with Ellie.
