Weekend Admissions Nurse - Home Health

Suburban Home Health is a joint venture between several Suburban Health Organization hospital systems in Indiana. This allows us to work as an extension of our partner hospital systems to service homebound patients in our local communities.

About the role

As a Weekend Admissions Nurse at Suburban, you are given the freedom and flexibility to manage your own schedule and provide care one-on-one to adult/geriatric patients in the home setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform the initial assessment Start of Care visit
• Conduct ongoing assessments
• Provide routine wound care visits
