About the role
Element by Westin is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Clerk to join their team on a part-time basis for the 2nd shift Saturday & Sundays.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests at all times.
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and pantry/market area.
- Stock and restock supplies in the pantry/market and coffee area.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience preferred, especially with Marriott brands.
- Lightspeed PMS system.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of front desk operations and hotel accounting procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
