Weekday Morning Soccer Coach for Children with Special Needs

About the role

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 8 years old.

A degree or certification in Special Education is not required for this position. Experience with children with special needs is preferred but not required.

Pay

$25–$30 per hour ($20 during training) for 30–45 minute sessions.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling catered to your location and availability. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
• Arrive on-time (early) to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
• Manage class rosters and fill session feedback forms

Requirements

• Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2–8)
• Energetic, confident, and motivated personality
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License or State ID
• High School Diploma
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
• Experience working with non-neurotypical children is preferred
