About the Role

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We are looking for Youth Soccer Instructors to work with children ages 2-8 across various areas in Kingwood/Humble.

Responsibilities

  • Safely manage a class of up to 15 children
  • Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
  • Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
  • Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters

Requirements

  • Passion for early education and positively impacting youth
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
  • High School Diploma
  • Eligible to work in the U.S., including passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check

Coaching and playing experience is preferred but not required. We provide training.

Pay

  • Starting pay: $12 per session during the 4-day trial
  • $15 per session during the 2-week training period
  • $20 per hour after successfully completing initial training

After initial training, part-time coaches work between 4 and 20 sessions per week, depending on availability.

Hiring Process

  • 4-day trial: Observe and assist with coaching sessions. Paid $12 per session.
  • 2-week training period: Paired with staff coaches to assist or lead sessions. Pay is $15 per session if training is completed. Background check and hiring paperwork begin during this phase.
  • Independent coach: After training, pay increases to $20 per session.
