Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation, own vehicle
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Passes Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check
- Must be 18 years old
Responsibilities:
- Safely manage a class of up to 16 children
- Implement a curriculum focusing on skill and character development
- Arrive on time at your locations
- Provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families by engaging and communicating with them
- Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
- Go home knowing you made a difference
- Willingness to drive up to 30 minutes to a preschool, elementary, or local park
About the Role:
Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We coach out of more than 150 locations around Northern and Central Florida with more than 10,000 children enrolled annually.
Compensation:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Flexible Schedules:
Starting coaching schedules typically range from 8 to 15 hours aligned with the below possible working hours
Monday through Friday 8 am - 6:30 pm
Saturdays 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
