About the role

Experiences and Adventures for All Abilities is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. This position is responsible for planning and executing programs that promote outdoor activities and adventures for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inclusive outdoor adventure programs
• Collaborate with participants to tailor experiences to their abilities and interests
• Ensure all programs are accessible and safe for all participants
• Manage logistics including transportation, equipment, and safety protocols
• Communicate regularly with participants and families to provide updates and feedback
• Assist in marketing and promoting the programs to potential participants

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in recreation, outdoor education, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Knowledge of adaptive sports and activities
