What You Will Have an Opportunity To Do

• Sell and coordinate weddings from inquiry through final event detailing.
• Conduct venue tours and build lasting relationships with couples.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, BEOs, event diagrams, and timelines.
• Cooking tastings and planning meetings.
• Partner with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to ensure every detail is ready for execution.
• Detail catering-only events, including corporate dinners, celebrations, holiday parties, and social events.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from beginning to end.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in wedding sales, catering sales, event planning, convention services, or hospitality.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
• The ability to manage multiple events while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
