WEC Drilling Engineer

About the role

The WEC Drilling Engineer assists the PSD team to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery for customers. This role develops and delivers optimized technical job designs for the assigned area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of service delivery and formally communicate findings.
• Support the Product Line in risk management and apply lessons learned to improve job design.
