Website Development Project Manager

About the role

In this role, you will work closely with clients, designers, and developers to guide website projects from concept through launch. You’ll coordinate timelines, facilitate communication, and ensure projects move forward efficiently while delivering an excellent client experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow alongside an experienced development team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand website goals, functionality, and project requirements
• Coordinate website projects from planning through development and launch
• Work closely with designers and developers to keep projects on schedule
• Help ensure websites are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance
• Coordinate implementation of content, images, videos, plugins, and SEO requirements
• Review websites throughout development, assist with testing, and support successful launches
• Track project progress, identify blockers, and help resolve issues quickly
• Prepare project documentation and maintain organized project records
• Provide regular project updates and participate in client meetings and website demonstrations
• Stay up to date with trends in web development, digital products, and project management

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience coordinating website, digital, marketing, or creative projects is a plus, but we're equally interested in motivated candidates who demonstrate strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to ask questions when needed
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in website development, UX/UI, SEO, and digital technologies
• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
