About the role

We are looking for a talented Website Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate will have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI/UX skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging, responsive websites for clients in various industries.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of web designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology, ensuring our designs are cutting-edge.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Sure websites meet accessibility and usability standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Website Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web designs and mobile-friendly layouts.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
