About the role
You’ll have the opportunity to leverage your Webflow expertise and front-end development skills to craft visually stunning, user-friendly, and high-performing web experiences across our suite of sites. This will be a high visibility and high impact role, with the opportunity to have a multimillion dollar impact alongside our demand generation team.
Responsibilities
- Web development and maintenance: Design, build, and maintain high-quality, responsive web experiences across https://trainual.com and our other sites using the Webflow platform.
- Visual design implementation: Apply your magic touch in visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout composition to create on-brand and user-centric designs.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, events, and partnerships stakeholders to translate business and marketing objectives into digital experiences that drive engagement and conversions.
- Customization and integrations: Utilize Webflow’s capabilities to integrate custom code and third-party APIs, enhancing website functionality and ensuring cross-browser and device compatibility.
- Continuous improvement: Be the guardian of our Webflow, keeping everything in tip-top shape and consistently improving tech debt, implementing scalable systems, and maintaining good website architecture according to best practices.
Requirements
- Startups: You’re entrepreneurial and can juggle multiple high-impact initiatives.
- Webflow: You know Webflow like the back of your hand and have a proven portfolio of developed and beautifully designed websites.
- Front-end Development: You’re technical and have a strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance Webflow capabilities.
- Design principles: You have a deep understanding of design principles, including visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
- Technical SEO: Knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and rankings.

- Communication & problem-solving ability: You’ve got a knack for problem-solving and know how to communicate and collaborate along the way.
