About the role

Weber State Downtown Production Associate position located at Weber State Downtown – Ogden, UT. The role involves production of direct-to-garment and direct-to-film merchandise, customer service and sales tasks, and supporting weekend and after‑hour events such as farmers markets and community fairs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, produce, and bill direct-to-garment and direct-to-film merchandise orders.
• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with questions.
• Sell Wildcat Store merchandise.
• Stock inventory and keep the store clean and orderly.
• Accurately handle cash and register functions.
• Work some weekends and after‑hour events including farmers markets and community fairs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Background check not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay

Hourly Pay Rate: $12.00

Schedule

Hours per week: 20‑29; Months per year: 12; Some weekends and after‑hour events required.
