Production Associate

Our client, a well-established manufacturer in Bow, NH, is seeking reliable Production Associates to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering stable hours, excellent benefits, and long-term growth potential.

Pay

$19.00-$20.00/hour to start. Employees are eligible for a 90-day performance evaluation with the opportunity to earn an increase based on performance.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Stack, package, and move materials throughout the facility
• Inspect products and verify measurements to ensure quality standards
• Load raw materials and assist with production operations
• Perform material handling and other physical tasks
• Support a safe and efficient production environment

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable standing and working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on concrete floors and in varying temperatures
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical
• Forklift and/or overhead crane experience is a plus
