About the Role

We are seeking a Supervisor (Foreman) to drive a heavy-duty diesel-powered truck with an attached trailer for hauling heavy equipment. The role involves operating heavy machinery, ensuring safety, and performing equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy-duty diesel trucks and attached trailers.
  • Load and unload heavy equipment using lowboy trailers and heavy machinery.
  • Identify and avoid potential hazards such as utility lines, other equipment, workers, and falling objects.
  • Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on equipment for optimal operation.
  • Complete other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English for written and oral communication.
  • Ability to recognize and understand road signs.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Three or more years of related construction experience preferred.
  • Heavy physical activity and manual dexterity sufficient for strenuous tasks.
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments with exposure to changing weather conditions, extreme temperatures, and loud noise levels.

Qualifications

  • Class A Commercial Driver’s License (minimum requirement).
  • Less than a High School Diploma.
