Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Web Press Operator to join our Day shift production team in Memphis, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor web printing presses.
- Maintain consistent print quality while meeting production schedules.
- Perform routine press adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Complete quality inspections throughout production runs.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Work with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating commercial web printing presses.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to read job tickets and maintain quality standards.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
Shift Availability
4 day week Monday thru Thursday, 10-hour shifts. OT when needed, usually on Friday's.
