Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Heidelberg, Goss web press, Digital press, and Commercial web press machines, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in print production.
• Perform routine press maintenance, including cleaning and troubleshooting, to ensure optimal performance and prevent malfunctions.
• Monitor print runs to verify conformity with job specifications and make necessary adjustments for color, position, and overall print quality.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and meet production deadlines.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Continually seek ways to improve print quality and production efficiency, staying updated on industry trends and advancements in web press technology.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Web Press Operator in the manufacturing industry, with proven expertise in operating Heidelberg, Goss web press, Digital press, and Commercial web press machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with further training or certification in web press operation being a plus.
