About The Role

We are seeking a talented multidisciplinary digital designer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the creative output for a leading digital marketing agency, working directly with strategists, developers, SEO, and paid media teams. Your primary focus will be designing websites that convert, compelling campaigns that capture attention, and collateral that enhances our clients' professional image. This is not a role for templated or generic design work; instead, you will craft custom, impactful digital assets that have a measurable impact on real businesses. Your work will involve creating user-centric, mobile-first designs using modern tools like Figma, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, and delivering high-quality design assets from conception through to final implementation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in responsive website design
• Proficiency in Figma; Sketch acceptable
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Track record of designing full websites from conception to completion
• Deep understanding of responsive web design strategies and current trends
• Ability to create designs focused on conversion and user behavior
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage third-party resources
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment

Nice-to-Haves

• Agency experience
• Background in home services, trades, or blue-collar B2C industries
• Experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney or Adobe Firefly
• Understanding of CSS and HTML
• Motion graphics or video editing skills
• Familiarity with WordPress or CMS-based workflows
• Exposure to ServiceTitan or similar home services platforms

Responsibilities

• Design new custom websites, landing pages, web banners, and HTML email campaigns aligned with marketing strategies, primarily for HVAC and home services
• Create visual interfaces for new sites and enhancements to existing ones, emphasizing user experience and conversion optimization
• Design responsive, mobile-first experiences utilizing modern tools like Figma
• Recommend redesigns and improvements for existing digital properties to enhance aesthetics, usability, and performance
• Convey consistent branding across multiple web properties
• Produce detailed design specifications and assets for developer handoff
• Design Ignition landing pages optimized for paid advertising campaigns
• Collaborate with content, SEO, PPC, and development teams throughout the full design-to-release cycle
• Create campaign creatives for paid social, display, and OTT advertising
• Design client newsletter templates, email marketing assets, remarketing banners, and digital collateral
• Develop social media graphics, templates, and visual assets for proposals and pitches
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all client deliverables
