About The Role

We are seeking a talented Digital/Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, user interface design, branding, logo creation, and print materials. With at least two years of experience working in a production or agency environment, you should have a proven ability to translate concepts into compelling visual solutions across various marketing platforms. The role requires a self-motivated individual who is deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will collaborate closely with our development team to create visually stunning front-end website designs, develop branding assets, and produce high-quality collateral that aligns with client objectives. Your creative skills and high-level design capabilities will directly contribute to our company’s reputation for delivering innovative and effective visual solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a digital designer, graphic designer, or front-end web designer (programming experience not required)
• Proficiency with Figma, including asset handoff to developers
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing graphic and web design work
• Ability to wireframe and prototype web designs effectively
• Passion for digital design and creative problem-solving
• Keen eye for typography, branding, print, and conceptualization
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with traditional printing techniques is a plus
• Agency experience highly preferred
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and learning
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to produce engaging and responsive front-end website designs
• Design, conceptualize, and deliver branding assets including logos, environmental graphics, and brand collateral
• Create clear, high-quality design solutions that meet client feedback, project deadlines, and constraints
• Develop wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns
• Ensure consistency of visual identity across all digital and print platforms
• Prepare and deliver assets suitable for development and production
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work
• Assist in maintaining a cohesive brand voice and visual language for clients
