Qualifications
- Attention to detail and systematic thinking — you can work through large volumes of content methodically without losing consistency or focus, and you build reliable systems to track your work.
- Writing and editorial judgment — you can assess whether content is clear, accurate, and useful for a specific audience, and you're comfortable making recommendations about what should be updated, cut, or left alone.
- Digital fluency — you're comfortable learning new tools quickly, have worked with spreadsheets to organize information, and have some familiarity with how websites and content management systems are structured.
- Self-reliance and proactive communication — you can manage your own time across a multi-month project, and when you encounter ambiguity or a decision that needs input, you flag it.
