The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing technical support, and implementing solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or consulting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related technologies

Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Skills

• Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
