Responsibilities
- Utilize Webflow to design, develop, and enhance the Leapsome marketing website, ensuring a visually stunning and user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to implement UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into functional web elements.
- Implement responsive design principles to optimize the marketing website’s performance across various devices and screen sizes.
- Write clean, efficient, and consistent use of classes across our Webflow environment.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and compliance with web standards to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Optimize website performance for speed and efficiency, focusing on minimizing page load times and enhancing overall responsiveness.
- Implement and monitor conversion rate optimization experiments.
- Set up and maintain all integrations and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and direct integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing of the website to identify and resolve any bugs, usability issues, or performance bottlenecks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in frontend web development, with a strong proficiency in Webflow.
- A strong understanding of site speed optimization and technical SEO best practices.
- An analytical mindset and hands-on experience with web analytics tools, including GA4, Search Console, and Hotjar.
- Experience with responsive design techniques and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive approach to teamwork.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in the B2B SaaS industry or working with HR/people management software is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred but not critical.
