Web Developer

About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer with 4–6 years of product design experience at an agency, studio, or in-house brand. You’ll join a diverse team of designers with a shared mission to make the internet a better place. The ideal candidate has first-class product design skills and can guide a platform, website, or app from discovery through wireframes, design, and launch, with strong visual design skills to elevate brands in the digital space.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from start to finish, including discovery, ideation, definition, design, and collaboration with engineers
• Plan and facilitate design workshops, client reviews, and user research
• Create and maintain design systems
• Lead digital projects with autonomy and authority, and mentor junior designers

Requirements

• 4–6 years of product design experience at an agency, studio, or in-house brand
• High-caliber portfolio showcasing a variety of products and demonstrating strong visual design, UI/UX, prototyping, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing mobile apps and web products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset
