Web Designer | REMOTE

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design the features and functions for Client's digital platforms
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and interaction standards
• Apply brand guidelines, typography, photography and other elements to create integrated design assets for web and mobile devices
• Select in brand stock images and video footage for use on web pages
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Design web pages with a consistent visual voice
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and are responsive across devices
• Perform iterative design improvements based on user feedback and analytics
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in UX Design, Web Design
• Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, or other relevant fields
• Must be a creative and strategic thinker
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
• Solid understanding of design copy and web practices
• Proficiency with standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch etc.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to adapt design best practices to digital experiences across web and mobile
• Financial services industry experience preferred, but not essential
