Web Coordinator

This is a supported/sponsored missionary role (not a direct hire opportunity). The approved candidate will need to develop a team of partners to provide financially for their full salary and benefits. Training, resources, and coaching are provided to help missionaries reach these financial support goals.

About the Role

TWR is seeking a Web Design Coordinator to engage in website management, landing page creation, and online storefront administration on a global scale. This role combines website development with design, layout, and basic coding to help share hope worldwide. The position is available in Cary, NC or remotely.

Responsibilities

• Website management and landing page creation, ensuring they are engaging, easy to understand, and adhere to design standards and specifications
• Testing and improving the design of websites across devices (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites
• Obtaining and utilizing data and analytics to make design decisions
• Working closely with the Web Content and Social Media team

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in web design and/or development
• Proficiency in HTML, Google Analytics 4, and SEO is helpful
• Experience with website analytics, problem-solving, debugging, and data management basics is preferred
• Basic knowledge of graphics and visual design with experience in Canva, Photoshop, or other software is a plus
