D&G is seeking a Web and Database Technician to support the USSTRATCOM Organizational Development and Innovation mission under the JETARS contract. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and enhance SharePoint-based web environments, digital content, survey tools, and training-related databases that underpin command-wide education, onboarding, and professional development programs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, update, and maintain Microsoft SharePoint sites, portals, and web content supporting joint training, organizational development, and command-wide education programs.
- Maintain the USSTRATCOM/J14 online presence, including course catalogs, training resources, and digital signage content.
- Build and manage Microsoft Forms, Excel-based databases, and online survey tools to support program evaluation and data collection.
- Maintain and update training metrics, dashboards, analytic charts, and qualitative/quantitative data outputs.
- Provide web, data, and content management support for onboarding events, leadership development programs, and training activities.
- Aid in maintaining digital records, files, and training documentation across the Directorate.
- Support troubleshooting for SharePoint, online forms, workflow elements, and training data systems.
- Continuously improve web and database solutions while maintaining compliance with DoD technical standards and evolving Government requirements.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with:
- Microsoft SharePoint development
- Microsoft Forms and Excel database environments
- Demonstrated capability in database management and web development
- Ability to maintain currency with evolving web and database technologies as required by the Government.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
