Responsibilities

• Load trucks equipped with essential tools and materials to support energy efficiency enhancements
• Travel to customer residences to perform vital repairs
• Blow insulation to optimize energy use
• Install windows to improve comfort
• Set up vents and water heaters for better functionality
• Engage directly with community members and provide quality service and expert repairs
• Transform homes into energy-efficient spaces

Requirements

• Solid foundation in basic construction and repair techniques
• Ability to perform insulation blowing, window installation, and maintenance of heating systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address issues effectively
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and explaining services
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure high-quality installations
• Reliable and empathetic approach to connect with community members
