About the role
We are seeking a Weapons School Instructor to provide Intelligence/ISR-related skills training, conduct training needs assessments, develop courseware, and facilitate technology transfer. The position is located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia and requires a long-term commitment to living on-site.
Responsibilities
- Provide instruction and a thorough understanding of ISR-related skills.
- Deliver training on topics including Core/Foundational Intel/ISR skills, Operational Intelligence, Targeting and Weaponeering, Battle Damage Assessment, and Collateral Damage Estimation.
- Instruct on Precision Point Mensuration, Target Point Mensuration, and Intelligence Support to Manned and Remotely Piloted Aircraft Unit Operations.
- Cover subjects such as Imagery/Geospatial Analysis, ISR Operations/Campaign Planning, and Intel/ISR Force Development and Management.
- Teach Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), Collection Management, and Intel/ISR-Centric Exercise Planning.
- Provide training on the operational use and maintenance of Intel/ISR-related systems, ISR Support to Air to Ground Integration (AGI), and ISR Support to Cyber.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a USAF Weapons School graduate (specifically 319th Weapons School).
- Must be a prior intelligence officer (AFSC 14N).
- Must possess five (5) years of experience in operational/tactical level targeting/weaponeering activities.
- Must have experience in Air Operations Planning with a focus on target selection and study.
- Requires operational experience providing intelligence support to active flying units.
- Must have all-source intelligence experience.
- Candidates must possess a current civilian passport that will not expire within two years or be able to obtain one quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- F-15 pilot experience.
- Knowledge of functional competencies such as Analysis, Collection, Integration, and Targeting.
- Familiarity with intelligence disciplines including GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, OSINT, HUMINT, and TECHINT.
- Experience with cross-functional areas like Airborne ISR, Air Operations Center (AOC), Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS), and Cyberspace operations.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense security clearance as a condition and continuation of employment.
