Weapons Specialist - Range 37 with Security Clearance

About the role

Serves as the Weapons Specialist for Range 37, providing small arms maintenance and repair subject matter expertise. Location: Camp Mackall, NC. Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide small arms maintenance and repair for Range 37 operations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair weapons to a mission-capable standard.
• Maintain accountability and stewardship of weapons.

Requirements

• Prior qualification as an Army 18B or 91F, or branch-equivalent Military Occupational Specialty, with a minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Small Arms Repairer (equivalent civilian certification such as Advanced Gunsmith is acceptable for a recognized subject matter expert).
• Recognized subject matter expertise in all aspects of small arms maintenance and repair.
