Sales Associate, Wealth Strategies, Wealth Management
The Sales Associate role supports the sales process for Wealth Strategists, focusing on:
- Researching prospects using approved tools
- Cultivating and identifying potential prospects
- Preparing materials for prospect, COI, or client meetings and presentations
- Organizing and compiling reports for meetings and presentations
- Making necessary arrangements for meetings involving travel, audio-visual aids, and reservations
- Performing special projects related to account inquiries and issues
- Implementing a proactive DRIP campaign to convert leads into prospects
- Reviewing and organizing asset/family information and trust documents
- Assimilating information from prospects and attorneys regarding new business opportunities
- Maintaining active prospect files and reminders for follow-up
- Composing letters to prospective clients and scheduling meetings
- Communicating with partner areas to fulfill client needs
- Responding to individual prospects/client inquiries through written correspondence or phone calls
- Gaining knowledge of a full range of trust-oriented services
- Attending meetings and classes to stay updated on personal financial planning products and services
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Strong computer skills - PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Some years of wealth management or similar experience
- Basic knowledge of personal financial planning, trust, and investment products and services
- Organizational and personal computer skills to prepare materials for meetings and presentations
- Knowledge of various departments and divisions of the bank to direct inquiries and requests for client-related information
- Interactive skills to understand and respond to the needs of Wealth Strategists and prospects
