About the role

Lead insurance strategy development and implementation
Work with insurance licensed and unlicensed advisors to connect them with our insurance resources
Own relationships with external insurance brokers
FINRA supervision and suitability reviews related to our broker dealer, as needed
Ongoing insurance sales support
Coordination with internal M Financial agents
Work with wealth leadership, advisors, and project teams to enhance our services and support model
Track metrics, monitor activities, automate functions where possible
Create and manage project plans and lead projects, as needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead insurance strategy development and implementation
  • Work with insurance licensed and unlicensed advisors to connect them with our insurance resources

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
6+ years of Life Insurance experience
Registered representative with wealth management industry experience
Series 24 license required

  • Product or vendor management experience
  • Wealth management client facing experience
  • Family offices services and ultra-high net worth client experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including being polished, courteous, professional, and patient
  • Good organizational skills such as multi-tasking, adapting priorities, and meeting deadlines
  • Strong background/knowledge with financial planning strategies
  • Technology savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office
