Insurance Solutions Manager
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Vave platform partners, supporting day-to-day questions, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform adoption
- Build strong relationships with wholesale insurance partners by providing responsive, knowledgeable support
- Aid in onboarding new partners and supporting successful implementation of the Vave platform
- Investigate reported issues, coordinate resolution efforts, and communicate updates to clients throughout the process
- Collaborate with underwriting, product, analytics, and development teams to improve platform functionality and user experience
- Gather client feedback and communicate product enhancement opportunities to internal stakeholders
- Become a subject matter expert on Vave underwriting products, platform capabilities, and partner workflows
- Maintain monitoring of platform usage trends and identify opportunities to improve client adoption and operational efficiency
- Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to platform users
- Manage multiple client requests, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of insurance industry experience required
- Wholesale insurance, MGA, brokerage, underwriting, or carrier experience highly beneficial
- Understanding of commercial insurance workflows involving producers, agents, brokers, and underwriters
- Strong relationship-building and customer support skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions across multiple teams
- An interest in insurance technology and digital underwriting platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with insurance portals, agency management systems, underwriting platforms, or similar technology beneficial
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or other technical tools beneficial but not required
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree beneficial
- Insurance designations, technical certifications, or additional industry training beneficial

Benefits
The base compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
