Wealth Rotational Summer Internship 2027

Program Overview

Johnson Financial Group, Wisconsin’s largest privately held, family‑owned financial services institution, offers an 11‑week rotational internship designed to build a strong foundation for future careers in wealth management. Interns are challenged to grow, supported by experienced professionals, and encouraged to contribute from day one.

Rotational Experience

During the internship you will work closely with the Wealth team and rotate through several key areas:

• Wealth Advisory: Observe client meetings, assist with proposal development and financial plans, and learn the consultative sales process.
• Portfolio Strategy: Partner with trading, investment analyst, and portfolio management teams to understand investment strategies, asset allocation, and portfolio construction.
• Client Experience: Work with internal teams that oversee the Wealth client service delivery model, supporting advisor success through onboarding, workflow optimization, and technology enhancements.

• Participate in a community volunteer event with the Hunger Task Force.

Qualifications

• Actively seeking a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Junior standing.
• Member of a financial or investment organization (a plus).
• Member of a financial planning program (highly desired).
