Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day advisor engagement, triage, follow-up, inquiries, and opportunity acceleration.
- Timely, accurate follow-up – “first call resolution”.
- Escalate routing to wholesalers when higher-touch engagement is needed.
- Maintain clean accurate Salesforce documentation.
- Sending the right product materials, market commentary, case studies, and product comparisons based on advisor needs.
- Maintain customized approved content for advisor conversations (not creating new content).
- Day-to-day coverage when wholesalers travel or are in meetings.
- Ensure advisors experience seamless coverage regardless of which wholesaler is available.
- Log advisor touchpoints, sentiment, interest, and follow-up needs.
- Identify book trends (e.g., flows, redemptions, placement changes) and surface actionable patterns.
- Schedule and coordinate FA meetings on behalf of wholesalers, and serve as the administrative catch-all for day-to-day logistics that keep advisor engagement on track.
Qualifications
- Leverage Partner closely with external and internal wholesalers to support regional sales goals.
- Prepare materials (e.g., pitchbooks, product summaries, etc.).
- Aid internals with meeting follow up including information requests, scheduling, etc.
- Support strategic accounts teams with home office engagement and event coordination.
- Handle all inbound triage related to applications, paperwork, platforms, and investment questions (within licensing and compliance boundaries).
- Carefully track tasks, timelines, and advisor commitments in Salesforce.
- Aid in prioritizing advisors, wholesalers’ calendars, and follow-up lists.
- Monitor pipeline health and recommend actions to move opportunities forward.
- Support virtual roadshows, webinars, and small group advisor education sessions.
- Manage travel bookings and expenses reports including submitting, tracking, and reporting back to distributors.
- Manage materials, handouts, booth set up, etc. for event support.
