Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new operational processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics
- Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations management or similar field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
