About the role
Drive outstanding sales generation and client service by managing, coaching, and guiding Wealth Advisors, Private Bankers, and Wealth Associates in a defined market. Create strong collaboration with business partner leaders to grow Yellow Cardinal Advisory Group and Private Client.
Responsibilities
- Establish sales goals, define and manage success formulas, and coach and educate business partners.
- Routinely assist with pre-call planning, client/prospect appointments, and post-call debriefs to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
- Develop and implement sales strategies specific to assigned markets.
- Implement and maintain systems infrastructure to support Wealth and Private Client facing associates, including group email, telephone/call center, support case tracking, and other technologies.
- Become proficient within systems to provide support to the team.
- Provide leadership and direction to Wealth Associates who support client-facing associates.
- Leverage strengths and identify performance gaps; provide development opportunities aligned with career goals to build bench strength for key positions.
- Deliver on KPIs with a focus on continual improvement to enhance internal and external client experience.
- Manage a team of Wealth Advisors, Private Bankers, and Wealth Associates, including hiring, retaining, and managing ongoing performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of Financial Services experience.
- Technically sound with demonstrated knowledge of servicing Wealth and Private Clients, investment management client needs, operational processes, and key systems.
- Understanding of key performance metrics.
- Relevant experience managing sales and client service teams.
- Ability to achieve high-level results while adhering to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
Preferred Qualifications
- Outstanding leadership and collaborative qualities.
- Master’s degree in Business.
- Advanced designation such as CFP® or ChFC®.
Physical Requirements
- Sit and work on a computer for long periods of time.
- Converse with clients.
- Occasionally lifts and carries up to 50 lbs.
- Frequently lifts and carries up to 10 lbs.
- Frequently sits, stands, walks, and drives.
- Driving as needed.
Pay
Base Pay Range: $175,000/year to $215,000/year.
