About the Role

A Wealth Planner will provide comprehensive wealth management strategies consistent with our clients’ goals and values. This colleague will support a Wealth Advisor in managing client relationships, develop individualized financial plans and recommendations, assist with client meetings, and present findings.

Responsibilities

  • Assist advisory team with onboarding of new clients: customize contracts, obtain forms from custodian, and ensure accurate completion.
  • Coordinate submission with the custodian for processing, including cash transfers, wires, data maintenance, reporting, and trading.
  • Process account openings, deposit electronic checks, move money, and handle custodian tasks.
  • Proactively interact with clients to create an outstanding experience, schedule meetings, and resolve questions/issues.
  • Analyze and input client data into financial planning software (eMoney).
  • Assist with timely completion and submission of client-related transaction requests.
  • Prepare forms and reports for client meetings.
  • Conduct independent research and build financial plans for prospective clients.
  • Develop client recommendations with assistance from the Wealth Advisor.
  • Build comprehensive financial plans and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Perform ongoing maintenance and quality control of CRM.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Series 65 (to be obtained within three months of hire date).
  • 2-4+ years of financial planning, estate planning, and/or tax planning/preparation experience.
  • Pursuing or has attained a CFP® certification.

Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to develop wealth planning and investment recommendations and present them to clients.
  • Working knowledge of eMoney and Salesforce (strong plus).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to organize/prioritize work to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients.
  • Commitment to doing what is right for the client.

Pay

Compensation range: $77,500–85,000.
