About the role
This position supports Financial Advisor (FA) teams by delivering comprehensive financial planning solutions. Responsibilities include identifying strategic investment opportunities, driving financial planning through data analysis, and fostering internal relationships. The role requires expertise in Estate and Gift Taxes, Philanthropy, Trust Structures, Insurance, Income Tax Planning, and Investment Management, along with a deep understanding of the bank’s suite of solutions, platforms, and initiatives. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and federal registry system registration.
Responsibilities
- Leverages extensive financial data to identify possible solutions to meet client needs and goals
- Schedules, prepares, and attends client meetings to review plans, capture changes, and discuss next steps
- Monitors, updates, and maintains client information in a related planning tool and plans on a consistent basis
- Engages with specialists and partners to address client needs and deliver solutions

Requirements
- Series 7, 63/65 or 66 or equivalent; must obtain all state registrations held by the Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s) they support
- SAFE Act Registration; ADV-2B Required
- Maintain at least one firm-approved designation
- Understanding of how to deliver a strong overall client experience
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the suite of Wealth Management products and services
- Strong communication and relationship management skills to partner effectively with specialists and across lines of business
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, root causes, and effects, and develop strategies to increase growth and mitigate risk
- Ability to make sound decisions by understanding financial planning best practices and policies/procedures
- Ability to identify client needs and articulate appropriate solutions aligned with goals in a suitable and controlled way
Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- CRPC designation preferred
Schedule
1st shift (United States of America), 40 hours per week.
