Wealth Management Relationship Team Administrator
About the role
The Wealth Management Relationship Team Administrator (RTA) at Regions is responsible for leading the area's Wealth and Trust Assistants to ensure quality service to both internal partners and clients. This role involves providing leadership, coaching, and training to Wealth Relationship Specialists, managing assistant staff, and supporting advisors.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, coaching, and training to Wealth Relationship Specialists, serving as their dedicated subject matter expert on policies and procedures for business group systems and transactions
- Understands client needs and identifies opportunities to improve and resolve client service issues
- Coaches associates to identify expansion opportunities within existing relationships and/or identifies knowledge gaps
- Disseminates pertinent information to the Wealth Relationship Specialists, ensuring consistency
- Aids Relationship Specialists teams with resolving complex client issues
- Completes and processes administrative documents for the department (HR forms, CARS requests, ad hoc management reporting, other various reports)
- Maintains departmental compliance training
- Maintains risk and compliance on various client transaction activity
- Performs general management duties, in partnership with business leadership and Human Resources, exercising usual authority concerning staffing, performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations
- Facilitates new associate onboarding and training for Wealth Management associates
- Supports Wealth Management Leaders, as needed, with other administrative duties such as onboarding of new associates, complex reporting, and other duties as assigned
- Travels, as needed, to support the assigned area market
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five (5) years of experience in a related field
Preferences
- College Degree or Technical School Certification

Pay and Benefits
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Minimum Job Range Target: $61,588.45 USD Median $82,780.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans This job may participate in an annual discretionary bonus plan.
