Wealth Management Member Service Associate

About the role

Service Associates assist Mountain America Investment Services Wealth Advisors by answering calls, scheduling appointments, managing tasks, processing paperwork, handling member interactions, and managing third‑party call interactions. They may also help with outbound follow‑up via calls, chats, emails, texts, and fax. The role requires timely and accurate service to strengthen financial relationships, maintaining a working knowledge of MACU Investment Services products, processes, regulations, and services, and communicating effectively with callers, employees, and third parties.

Location: Tanner Building – In Office, 7167 S Center Park Drive, West Jordan, UT 84084

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to credit union members, support teams, and third parties to resolve investment questions and enhance financial relationships.
• Perform tasks for advisors and members in a timely manner, including but not limited to: Move Money requests, check processing, check transfer requests, death distribution requests, periodic distributions, account opening and closing, funds liquidation, RMD requests, QCD distributions, trade management, scheduling appointments, communications to third parties, voicemail, and inbox management.
• Work with the Broker Dealer on investment operations solutions and adhere to FINRA, SEC, and Broker Dealer regulations.
• Resolve, investigate, and notify individuals of required notifications in a timely manner.
• Complete compliance reports and reviews (monthly, quarterly, annually)
