Wealth Management Client Relationship Manager
About the role
The Wealth Client Relationship Manager at TIAA partners with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships and assist in growing the advisors’ practices. This role supports high-net-worth clients in achieving their financial goals by implementing financial plan recommendations and coordinating asset consolidation.
Responsibilities
- Operate under moderate supervision to lead Wealth Management advisory teams.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring the successful implementation of financial plan recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and advisors, leveraging interpersonal skills and relationship-building techniques.
- Efficiently manage time and resources to provide exceptional client service and support advisor implementation of TIAA advice and planning solutions.
- Build and maintain meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients and advisors.
- Obtain necessary licenses and registrations within 120 days of starting the position.
Requirements
- University degree preferred.
- 2+ years of financial services experience; 3+ years preferred.
- Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) passed within 120 days of start date.
- Life and Health Insurance License (responsible state) required within 120 days of start date.
